Contact support
Email support@ourprovision.com with your restaurant or location, the feature involved, and what happened. Include the app version and a screenshot if useful; remove any unnecessary employee or customer information.
Do not send PINs, passwords, pairing codes, or device tokens.
Pairing and PIN help
Ask your manager for a fresh store pairing code or QR code. Pairing codes expire and can be used once. If a device is paired to the wrong store, a manager should revoke its access and pair it to the correct location.
Your manager creates or resets your employee PIN. Enter your own PIN to record work under your name, and use Lock when handing the device to someone else. Task also locks after inactivity.
App reviewers can open Demo access using the supplied review credentials.
Photos, alerts, and printing
Check Camera permission for QR scans and checklist photos, Notifications permission for push alerts, and Local Network or Bluetooth permission for a compatible printer.
For printing, open Printer troubleshooting in Task and confirm the printer is on and connected. If a send is uncertain, check the physical printer before retrying to avoid duplicate labels.
For urgent food safety or equipment problems, follow your restaurant’s procedures and contact a manager. Do not wait for an app alert or support reply.
Employee privacy and access removal
A manager can clear a PIN or deactivate access. Removing access does not erase historical Task records. Use Request personal data removal with your own PIN session to submit a request and see its receipt, due date, and status while that PIN remains active. A contact email is optional. Before removing PIN access during fulfillment, the operator arranges verified contact or in-person completion confirmation.
For access or correction requests, or if you can no longer use your PIN, email support@ourprovision.com with your name and restaurant or location.
Read Task privacy for the distinction between employee PIN access and personal Opvera accounts.
